I loved the staff members! They were super kind and cute, always ready to assist with anything I needed. Miaella at the reception desk was especially professional. The room had daily cleaning service and it was super clean!

The room can be noisy. I hear sound from other rooms, like there is no insulation. It is my only problem, but it disturbed me.

The room themes were a pleasant surprise. Each offered a unique ambiance. the staff provided excellent service, always ready with helpful advice. i found the water and coffee, available for a small fee, a great convenience.
